KESC raises power tariff by 38 paisa per unit

KARACHI: Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) has raised power tariff by 38 paisa per unit under fuel adjustment charges, Geo News reported.

Sources said KESC increased power tariff after National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) issued notification of fuel adjustment for February.

The Karachiites will receive increased bill in August.

The consumers, utilizing the electricity upto 50 units are exempted from this hike.
