MQM submits plea to summon Sindh Assembly session

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has submitted a plea in the assembly secretariat to summon Sindh Assembly session, Geo News reported.

The application was submitted by MQM MPAs Syed Sardar Ahmed, Khawaja Izharul Hassan and others here on Wednesday and demanded to convene Sindh Assembly session at the earliest.

Speaking to media on the occasion, Syed Sardar said the federal government has right to call in army over Karachi situation, adding police and Rangers have completed failed to control law and order in Karachi.
