SC displeased over failure to present missing persons

The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) expressed its displeasure over failure to present the missing persons as per its directives, Geo News reported.

The Apex court resumed hearing the missing persons case today and is currently underway.

Earlier On Saturday, the Defence Ministry presented seven of the missing persons before the Supreme Court who were identified by their relatives.

They were presented before Justice Amir Hani Muslim for in-camera hearing. The acting defence secretary had informed the apex court that the remaining missing persons will be presented on Monday or Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the protest camp of missing persons' relatives continued at D. Chowk Islamabad. More than 200 heirs, including women and children, are present in the camp.
