Three gunned down in Sahiwal over enmity

SAHIWAL: A man along with his aides killed his father and two uncles over old enmity and land issue in Sahiwal, Geo News reported Tuesday.

According to police, accused Rizwan’s brother was killed a while ago due to which five persons including Rizwan’s father and two uncles were jailed. Later, the family made an accord resulting in the release of the accused that had offended Rizwan.

Therefore, grief-stricken Rizwan attacked the three men of his family and killed them on Monday night with the help of his companions.

The victims were identified as Liaquat, Shaukat and Ashfaq while two others were also injured in the firing.

Police has filed the case and started investigation.
