:Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has launched it’s manifesto for General Elections 2013 on Monday.
Outlined Health, Education, Economy as the major sectors, MQM convener Farooq Sattar announced the party’s manifesto during a meeting at Lal Qila ground, Karachi.MQM’s manifesto stressed for reforms and party’s priorities to tackle variety of issues including education, health, economy, governance, corruption, terrorism, law and order, poverty alleviation and unemployment and industries and labour sector.
“Measures will be taken to drastically revise the syllabi of the public sector and Urdu medium schools for a uniform syllabi in all the educational institutions, Madaris religious seminaries will b provided incentives to bring such institutions at par with the main stream of education at national level” the MQM leader said.
Moreover, it says that Foreign policy to be independent and promote close friendly relations with neighbours.MQM hopes that the people of Pakistan will support the MQM to achieve it’s cherished goals.
