Kings XI Punjab fought bravely but could not win the match and were beaten by just four runs against Mumbai Indians in a tough fight in a day-night match in the Indian Premier League here at the Wankhede Stadium on Monday.
Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai Indians made 174 for three in 20 overs with the help of a brilliant 74 by Rohit Sharma.In reply, Kings XI Punjab failed to reach the target just five runs short of the target and were all out for 170 in exact 20 overs.For Mumbai Indians, off-break bowler Harbhajan Singh captured three wickets for just 14 runs.
