YDA strike: LHC issues fresh notices

Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued fresh notices to the parties and sought reply till January 25 over petition filed for strict action against striking young doctors, Geo News reported.

Justice Ijazul Hassan of LHC refused to issue interim order against the young doctors and remarked that the court could not issue order without hearing view points of both the parties.

Azhar Hussain in his petition had pleaded to cancel the licenses of doctors, who were observing strike, till next court orders.

No representative of PMDC and Attorney General appeared before the court.Justice Ijazul Hassan issued fresh notices and put off the hearing till January 25.
