5.2-magnitude tremor hits Chitral

CHITRAL: An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale hit Chitral and its adjacent areas in the wee hours of Sunday, Geo News reported.

The tremors created panic among the people who were busy in preparing for fast and Fajr prayers, however, no loss of life or property was reported.

The epicenter of the earthquake was Hindu Kush mountainous region.
