PESHAWAR: The Inspector General Police (IGP) Khyber Paktunkhwa (KP), Ihasan Ghani has compared the fight against terrorism to a cricket match. “Our fight against terrorists is like a cricket match. Sometimes we hit a six, sometimes we lose a wicket. This is a test match not a T20 and will continue,” the IGP said while speaking to reporters here on Monday. Ghani added that threats were being received and precautions had been taken to avoid a similar jailbreak to the one which happened in Dera Ismail Khan. Following the jailbreak in which over 240 prisoners escaped, several police officials including the SP Elite forces and DSP elite force were suspended.
