Corruption will not be tolerated in Railways: Saad Rafique

LAHORE: Railways Minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique has issued a warning to officials of the department telling them that those involved in corruption will be held accountable.

Addressing officials at the Railways headquarters here, Rafique said it was time to work on war footing. He added that there would be no political appointment in the department.

The minister said the government was committed to revive Pakistan Railways and the PML-N would fulfill its promises made to the people.

Rafique also announced that during his tenure as Railways Minister he would not receive any salary.
