FBR Monday sought proposals from the FPCCI and its affiliated chambers for the national annual budget 2013-2014.

Chairman FBR Ansar Javed told APP here today that FPCCI and all its affiliated chambers have been asked to submit viable suggestions and proposals for consideration before the presentation of annual budget in the National Assembly. President FPCCI Zubair Ahmad Malik told APP that FPCCI would finalise its budget proposals for the next fiscal year in the light of suggestions of the “affiliated chambers”.

“Federation Chief and VPs,in this regard, would hold meetings at its all regional offices with the presidents of affiliated chambers,registered trade bodies and associations to come up with viable proposals and future strategy”,he said.The purpose is to have direct interaction with business leaders and give due weightage to trade issues faced by them, he explained.
