Kamran Faisal wanted to quit NAB: cousin

So deeply disturbed was the deceased NAB officer, Kamran Faisal, for his being assigned to rental power plants (RPPs) scandal case that he was even ready to resign, Geo News learnt.

“He said he will quit if his application for a transfer is spurned”, one of Kamran’s cousins, Tayyab Usman, told Geo News.He, days before his death, had sounded off his concerns over this high profile case that involved the prime minister of the county, Usman said.

He quoted Kamran as saying he was entangled in a case of serious nature and wanted himself out of it before long.
