Pakistan reach 50-1 before rain stops play

BIRMINGHAM: Rain stopped play after 12 overs were bowled in the Pakistan vs India match in the Champions Trophy at Edgbaston on Saturday.

Pakistan made 50 for one in 12 overs after being put into bat after India captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni win the toss.

Nasir Jamshed was the only batsman to be out, cauht at slip by Suresh Raina off Bhuvneshwar Kumar for two.

Batting at the crease were Kamran Akmal (20) and Mohammad Hafeez (27).
