'Power generation to be increased by 5,000 MW next month'

Federal Water and Power Secretary Rao Sikandar has said that power generation would be increased by 5,000 MW next month.

Sikhandar further said that the government would bear the additional costs of the electricity generated from expensive furnace oil.
