Projecting the future: PTCL holds HR Conclave 2013

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) organised a one-day HR conference entitled ‘HR Conclave 2013’ that served as a shared platform for representatives of the HR community in the company to recap the achievements of the past year and project the future of HR.

According to a press release, during the course of the conference, HR officials representing the headquarters and regional offices identified areas of focus for the year 2013 to strategically align the goals and objectives of the HR department with the organisation’s vision and mission.

Interactive team-based activities were conducted to instill values of motivation and teamwork. After the conference, Senior Executive Vice President HR Syed Mazhar Hussain inaugurated the newly built cafeteria at the PTCL academy.
