Minister for Interior A Rehman Malik on Tuesday chaired a high level meeting here to review arrangements for the rally of Tehreek Minhajul Quran in the Federal Capital.

The meeting decided that special enclosures would be organized for the rally and the participants would be required to be peaceful and remain inside the enclosures.

All those entering Islamabad for long march will be subjected to possession of valid CNICs and all buses will have to have valid documents without any lacuna.

It was also decided that an undertaking would have to be signed by the owners of the transport that the owner, driver and conductor would be held responsible if any terrorist was found in the vehicle and blast in the vehicle.

Moreover, the owner of the transport would be responsible for thecompensation in case of any death. The students being brought in the long march must be in possession of valid student identity cards of his/her institution.

The meeting decided that the transport would be subject to scrutiny after the payment and the sponsors/investor of the transport was subject to declaration of source of income to justify his expenses.

The organizers of the rally would have to justify expenditures for offering huge transport to the students and others.According to information, some elements will bring some miscreants with firearms and possible suicide bombers, therefore, scrutiny of all the participants is necessary.
