Army chief visits NADRA headquarters

Chief of Army staff (CoAS) General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani visited the headquarters of National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) on Wednesday where the officials gave him detailed briefing about voter lists, sources said.

The sources told Geo news, General Kayani, accompanied by senior army officials, visited NADRA headquarters where he was briefed about voter lists, especially pertaining to Karachi.

On the occasion, chairman NADRA Tariq Malik among various senior officials were also present.Election commission (EC) had already ordered army to help them in carrying out door-to-door verification of voter lists in Karachi.
