RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s former member national assembly has been provided a copy of the challan in ephedrine case on Monday here, Geo News reported. Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)’s Judge Muhammad Arshad Nasim was hearing the case. During the hearing, Hanif Abbasi’s lawyer, Sardar Ishaq made a plea that ephedrine didn’t fall under section 9 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, while petitions were already under hearing in court in this connection and decision yet to be taken.
