SC to hear fake degrees case today

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC), headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear the case.

The Supreme Court through notices had directed Secretary Election Commission and Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC) to appear in court today.It is mentioned in the notice that 189 parliamentarians have so far not submitted document in the Election Commission while cases of 19 parliamentarians are pending in different courts.
